Town House First Floor

I am going to be a junior in the fall and have a cozy two bedroom that needs a roomate. Utilities not included in rent would be split evenly. Near the Savin Hill RedLine Train station. Also around many grocery stores and convenience stores. I am a... girl with a cat and two fish tanks for now, so you would have to be ok with that. I don’t mind cooking and splitting other duties. Looking for someone relatively clean, and dependable. We have a gas stove in the kitchen as well as a table with enough room for 3-4 people. I have my own room and you would get your own room.
