Town House First Floor

I am going to be a senior in the fall and have a cozy two bedroom that needs a roomate. Utilities not included in rent would be split evenly. Near the Savin Hill RedLine Train station. Also around many grocery stores and convenience stores. I am a... girl with a cat and five fish tanks! I also have two lizards, so you would have to be ok with that. I don’t mind cooking and splitting other duties. Looking for someone relatively clean, and dependable. We have a gas stove in the kitchen as well as a table with enough room for 3-4 people. I have my own room and you would get your own room. My room has a TV, Wii, and futon for common area space! Please feel free to email me with any questions or to see if we would be a good fit.
