Less than 15 min bike ride to South Boston, South End, Fenway and Back Bay.

We are looking for one more roommate. The bedroom shares one bathroom with my roommate (two people share one bathroom). Looking for serious neat students or professionals. Sober, peaceful environment (no drugs, no parties every weekend… you know what I mean). Luxury finishes, appliances, and furniture (everything brand new). Plenty of on street parking.

About the people in the house:

I am in my early 40s and work as a Sr. Program Manager at a Bank working 100% remote, the second roommate is a Daniel in his early late 30s working at Trader Joe’s Corporate office. Finally our adorable, charming and very social house cat Carmela (aka Mumu).

$1,550 per month for the fully furnished bedroom READY TO MOVE IN! Just bring your bags. The rent includes all utilities (water, heat, central AC, electric), high speed internet (1GB Verizon Fios), bedroom furniture including mattress (not showing on the pics) and twice a month house cleaning service.
