Looking for a roomate for my apartment in Savin Hill. It’s 5 minutes from the redline, and around 15 to JFK. Very walkable neighborhood, with a close proximity to Walgreens, StarMarket, Dollar Tree, various restaurants and cafes, and many parks... nearby! I have the street facing room, so you’d get the quieter back room. It’s first floor and easily accessible, good for moving furniture in! Gas stove and laundry included.Bathroom and kitchen already have rugs. Room includes a huge closet!
About me: I’m a senior, looking for a female roomate, I have a cat, fish, and lizards that can stay in the confines of my room if requested. I have a TV with a Wii, I like to cook, and I like to craft.
