Lovely 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath townhouse in Dorchester, just an 8-minute walk from the Savin Hill T stop!

This spacious 3-floor townhouse has in-unit laundry (free to use), plenty of basement storage, and roomy bedrooms. The kitchen has bar seating and... space for dining, and the living room has a huge TV with plenty of room to hang out.

We’re a 420- and LGBTQ+ friendly household that enjoys spending time together—movie nights, drink nights, game nights, or even nights out, we liketo just hang out—but we also really respect each other’s independence and personal space.

The house gets great natural light throughout, with blinds in every room for privacy. We’re all very clean, organized, and like to keep shared spaces tidy and comfortable for everyone.

A little about us: two of us are students (I’m in grad school at UMass Boston, and my partner is in PA school at Tufts), while the other two roommates work full-time.

The landlord is very hands-off and usually only comes by when we request help with repairs or maintenance.

One roommate has a sweet cat named Willow who roams around the house, but you’re welcome to keep your bedroom door closed if you’d prefer her not to come in.
