I could tell my experience was going to be fantastic from the moment I was first greeted by the property manager. He was professional, friendly-- but not overly so-- and knew the answers to every last question I asked about the most detailed things. As a resident, I have found the property to be impeccably managed, staff to be courteous and professional, and any matters that may arise to be handled promptly. The property manager has pulled together a fantastic team that reflects the high expectations he clearly has for himself and it's been a pleasure living here (and that comes from someone who is not accustomed to apartment dwelling!).

Lived here and nothing but problems
Building was inking and built on contaminated soil. Office staff did nothing at all. my kids got sick from the smell

Feels like home
We've called The Kendrick home for the last three years. We recently had a change in our work situation so will be leaving the state but have loved our time at The Kendrick. The team has always been helpful and happy and we are so sad to go.

Long time Kendrick resident overall clean great place to call home. Throughout the years there have been some issues that within a short time new management Bozzuto has come in and rectified my concerns with open and honest communication . Things are looking up

Worth the money
Great area with well-managed amenities. The studios are much larger than you would find anywhere else.
