Samia Companies Apartment near campus

Our home is a 4-bedroom apartment with 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, and a deck. Our unit only allows 1 cat per unit (which we have- his name is Boots!). The laundry room is located in the basement and costs 1.75 for both the washer and... dryer (must be paid using quarters). We are located very close to JFK station.

This listing is for two of the bedrooms in the unit - a medium sized room (~10 X 12 foot) and an extremely small room (~8' 9" X 8'). Rooms are prices differently depending on size. Please contact me for more information on price!
