Samia Apartments

Room for rent: move in for Fall semester. $1,200/m for one person, $600/m for two people - great for couples and friends!

This is a private room in a shared apartment, you will be sharing common areas with roommates. I'm Ava, pre-med sophomore at... UMB, other roommate is Mary-Kate, graduate at Simmons. We both are very communicative and clean! Don't tend to have people often but don't mind if you'd like to. No pets preferred - but a dog is okay so long as you maintain apartment cleanliness with the extra furry friend around.

This is a bedroom in a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment, meaning we do share a bathroom but - again - we're clean, have lots of storage, and are communicative so it's never been an issue or bothersome. It's a 12-month term and you can choose whether or not to renew at the end of every term. The one room available right now has two closets and a small nook you can decorate/design for reading or studying or simply storage. Neighborhood and neighbors are nice!

Amenities: dishwasher, patio, high-speed wifi, living room TV, free street parking, free in-unit laundry, driveway that can fit 2 cars, ring camera, microwave, oven, refrigerator, bathroom cabinets, walk-in pantry.

Location: about a 10min walk to Red Line, UMB bus can pick you up from there. Easy biking and walking access. Close to South Bay, 7/11, Dunkin, and KFC. Neighborhood and neighbors are nice!
