There is plenty of room to fit two twin XL beds and side tables. Large walk-in closet to share. ... En suite bathroom. Laundry in unit. Most utilities included.

Roommate will be required to submit an application to Peninsula as part of joining the lease. Roommate will also be required to sign a "roommate agreement" formalizing the division of rent, shared expenses for utilities, and a basic agreement on guests.
