Rooms are available in this beautiful 3.5bed 2bath 3rd floor walk-up. Total rent is $3750/month, or $1200-1300 per room/month. My current roommates are moving out of a place we've been living in for 4 years, so I need new people to take their place.... Ideally another couple would replace them so we can keep separate bathrooms and keep the third bedroom as a spare room for guests or as an office space but however this shakes out is fine.
