Roommate needed for apartment unit in Peninsula 1

The unit is a 2 bedroom/bathroom. Me and my friend are looking to take this unit and we need a 3rd roommate. It's located in Peninsula Apartments, the floorplan is called "Beacon". The total rent is $3278. We need a roommate who's able to pay $878... for a living room spot that's gonna be converted into a private room. Everything except Electricity, WiFi and Renter's Insurance is covered in the rent. You do need to pay the First and Last months rent and Security deposit(same amount as one months rent) during move-in. The date for move-in will be 24th August 2026.
