Hey,

I’m looking for someone to sublease a private room in a 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment in a three-decker building. The rent is $950/month, with utilities typically ranging from $60–$120/month.

The apartment is walking distance to the fields... corner Red Line, making it very convenient for commuting. The room is located across the hall from one of the bathrooms, which you’ll be sharing with just one other person.

The building is located on a quiet private street, offering a peaceful living environment.  The unit also includes in-unit laundry, a designated parking spot for first floor, and off-street parking. It's an all-girls unit. They’re lovely, very considerate, and always communicate. Mostly, they’re not home since we’re all students and working. The only reason I’m moving out is that I’m graduating soon. So sad to leave because this place was such a steal.

The sublease runs from May 1st 2026 to August 31st 2026, with the option to sign a new lease starting September 1st 2026 through August 31st 2027 if you’d like to stay.
