We are three roommates looking for a fourth to fill a vacant room in our apartment. We are all UMB students and very easy to get along with!

The apartment is in an excellent location,... especially for UMB students. We are an 8 minute walk from the JFK / UMass T stop. From there, you can catch the shuttle to campus.

This room is available immediately. The rent is $820 / month with first and last month's rent due at lease signing; this is an excellent bargain given the location and size of the room!
