I am looking for someone to take 1 bedroom in a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment in Peninsula Apartments in the 401 building. This unit is a 5 minute walk to campus and is right beside the campus shuttle bus stop which also enables easy access... to get to the JFK/UMass train station. The apartment comes with a couch and a coffee table in the living room along with all basic kitchen appliances. The room has a closet within and a private bathroom right outside the room. The apartment is on the 9th floor with a great view and also comes with a smart lock to the main door which can be controlled with an app along with the thermostat.
