The apartment is rented by 3 UMB students and is looking for... a 4th roommate to occupy the main bedroom. The bedroom is available as soon as possible, with the current lease ending August 31st, 2026. The common spaces are furnished as well as the kitchen with appliances.

Laundry in the building, parking at the building available, fitness center is across the street. The bay is 50 yards from the apartment building. Community amenities also include outdoor gym equipment in addition to a full gym, grilling stations, bike service stations, laundry access, a package service, and indoor trash rooms.
