Looking for three (very preferably female) roommates to either rent a full room or rent half a room in a townhouse located on the coast on Harbor Point on the Bay. The community includes tennis courts, 5 min walk to the beach, free gym and pool, a... convenience store inside the community along with hair salon and cafe. The community has public safety guards and police officers circulating daily, as well as the main benefit, the apartment is a 5 minute walk from the campus shuttle to UMASS Boston and the shuttle to JFK. The MBTA bus also has a stop at the property. Walking distance, it is a 10 minute walk to campus, a 20 minute walk to JFK/Star Market, and the same distance for the commuter rail. Laundry is in unit, you would only have to pay rent, wifi, electricity, and gas. The rest is included with the rent, as well as a $100 roommate change fee.
