Looking for 3 roommates for the 2026-2027 school year!

I am looking for three new roommates for my apartment for August 2026-2027! I currently live here now, it's an awesome place but my current roommates have decided not to renew. I have secured the place for next year and I am looking for you! The... place is pretty cute, all bedrooms are a decent size and have at least one window and closet. There is a kitchen, living room, one bathroom (with a large shower!), four bedrooms, and a cute porch that overlooks Dorchester. It will be partially furnished, minus the bedrooms (current roommates and I will discuss what stays/leaves). There is laundry in-unit (works perfect!), heat/air conditioning, and all standard kitchen appliances. Utilities are generally around $100 a month (not included), and rent will be $975 per person. Sorry, no pets allowed :(
