Lease Takeover - Perfect for UMass Boston Students!

I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment just a 10-minute walk from JFK/UMass station — perfect for UMass Boston students. From JFK you can catch the campus shuttle or take the Red Line and be downtown in about... 20 minutes. The location is amazing: only a 5-minute walk from South Bay Center, where you’ll find Target, a grocery store, Marshalls, TJ Maxx, Macy’s, an AMC theater, restaurants, and more. There’s also a Dunkin’, a few shops, and some cozy bars just around the corner. You really don’t need a car to live here, but if you have one, street parking is easy to find or you can rent a driveway spot through the management company.
The apartment itself is very cute and recently remodeled, with all the modern amenities — we have a dishwasher, washer and dryer in unit, oven with a broil setting, microwave, air fryer, toaster, and blender. The room available is a great size; I have a queen bed and still plenty of space for furniture. You’d be sharing the apartment with two friendly girls, and we share one bathroom, a nice kitchen, and a cozy living area. Water is included in rent, and gas and electricity are super affordable (around $60 total split between the three of us).
The room will be available in December or January, and the only reason I’m leaving is because I’m moving back to my home country — otherwise, I’d definitely stay. It’s truly a great place in a convenient, fun area that has everything you need close by.
