Harbour Point

Hey all,

I am offering this 1 $1650 room in this 2 bedroom apartment for someone in Harbor point! I am planning to leave in January and the lease will conclude in September but can be extended! It has a great view and is extremely easy to get to... campus shuttle so that you can get to JFK/UMASS station or campus center in 5 minutes or less! It has been an excellent place for me to stay for the last few months since I needed a short term stay. Since I graduated and I need a closer place for me and my girlfriend in the Fenway area for work, I must give up this excellent location! The move in date has to be January 15th but I am welcome to earlier dates. My roommate is very nice and as well has been super cooperative and communicative! He is from western Mass and has been in the unit for the past 3 years and is hoping to stay for the rest of the year!
