Convenient Apartment

I am looking to sublet my room in a 3 bedroom apartment near the JFK train stop in North Dorchester. I live with my wonderful roommates Gabriel and Gio, and we each have our own private bedrooms. We also have a common area dining space and kitchen.... We even have roof access. The total monthly rent that is shared between the 3 occupants will be $3300. I am looking to sublet, starting at the end of school in May until September, at which point the room will be available for normal renting by the 3 of you again. We have a shared bathroom, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. The water is paid by the landlord, but gas, electricity, and internet are paid by us. The apartment is a 3 minute walk to JFK station so it is very convenient. My room is very pretty, with 3 windows overlooking Dorchester Ave. Please reach out, I'll give you the tour!
