Looking for one person to fill the last bedroom (private) in a 3-bed, 1-bath in Quincy!

- Move-in date is Sept. 1, 2026
- 2nd floor unit, less than a 5-minute walk to Wollaston station on the Red Line
- Water, sewage, and Wi-Fi is included in rent!... (rest is split among us three)
- Includes separated living room, dining, and kitchen. Has a private porch and small shared backyard
- Move-in costs are ~$1266 for your share of the first month and security deposit
- We will be furnishing the apartment once we move in, so it will be empty come Sept. 1

About us: We are both 19M undergraduate students at UMass Boston and down to become friends and chat it up with you! Open to any gender as a roommate.

Our only requirements are that you must be LGBTQ+ accepting, relatively cleanly, and an undergraduate/undergraduate age (around 18-22).
