Single bedroom in a second-story 4-bedroom/2-bathroom apartment in a townhouse. Apartment has a full kitchen (including dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer) and living room. There is free laundry in the basement, shared by all occupants of the... building. The apartment is heated, and all rooms have window air conditioning units. There is a small shared yard behind the building. Cats and some dogs are allowed in the apartment, contact us for more details about pet policy.

The building is owner-occupied, and the landlord is quick to respond about any issues we've had with the apartment.

The building is located near the Savin Hill red line station, and is about a mile walk to UMass. The neighborhood also has easy access to grocery stores, parks, restaurants, and beaches.

The three current roommates are all mid-20's, with 2 students and 1 working full time. All three of us are male, but the apartment is open to all genders. Any potential roommates must be LGBT-friendly.
