This is a 4 bedroom apartment with one shared bathroom and a shared kitchen. The washer and dryer are located in the basement of this 3 story house. Currently, it is me and my roommate living here and need 2 more people to join on the lease. We are... located in the Savin Hill area in Dorchester. It is about a 5 minute walk to the T and then a shuttle takes you to campus from the T at the UMass stop. It is a safe neighborhood and there are nearby grocery stores.
