Hello,

We are a married couple looking for 2 preferably female grad students to take over the lease of our current roommates who are moving out for 2 bedrooms in 3 bedrooms/1 bathroom apartment from January - July 2025 with a possibility to renew.... The apartment location is on Savin Hill, Dorchester, Boston 02125.

Apartment details:
- Second-floor apartment located only 10 minutes walk from JFK/UMass T station, 6 mins walk to Savin Hill Red Line T station, 6 mins to Vietnamese grocery store, 2 mins to Walgreens, Dollar Tree, and walking distance to several restaurants & bars.

- Located in a calm, cozy, and quiet neighborhood, yet very hip for young adults.

- Rooms can be furnished or unfurnished. One room (first picture) is next to our room and facing the front of the house, the other room (third picture) is next to the kitchen and facing the patio and the backyard.

- Each room rent is $1,000/month + utilities (gas, wifi, electricity) costs around $50-100/individual/month. We split the utilities for 4 people.

- Central heating and hot water.

- Laundry (washer and dryer) available inside the unit.

The landlord is very nice, responsive, and reliable, and will hear and fix any complaints from us immediately.

- First month and security deposit to move in.

What we are looking for and about us:
- Please be respectful, clean, quiet, responsible, and reasonable. Have willingness and initiative with chores to take care of the apartment.

- No smoking inside the apartment.

- You will be living with me (a PhD student at McCormack School UMass Boston) with my wife and our two cats. We are usually home by afternoon, in our spare time we like to watch movies & shows in our room or the living room.

- No additional pet. Please have empathy towards our pets. The cats are very smart, healthy, vaccinated, and we take great care of them and clean the litter box daily. We won’t leave any smell or filth. One boy cat is very friendly and will approach you instantly, one girl cat is shy and takes time to warm up to you.
