2 Private rooms for rent in a shared apartment. Location: South Boston

Hi, I am looking for a roommate who can take over the two private rooms of my sweetest roommate. There are two private room, one is smaller compare to the other one. My current roommate is using one as bedroom and the other one as... gaming/office/friends gathering space.

We will share the living room, bathroom and the big kitchen. The location is worth it. It's right next to the famous restaurants(Lincoln tavern, Loco, Shannenighyans) , CVS, Broadway T station, bus stop, community health center in South Boston!

I am looking for a roommate who will respect privacy and maintain good responsibility for the shared space cleaning. Unfortunately the landlord doesn't allow pets in the apartment and no smoking in the apartment.
