$1700 per month. Private room in 143 Park Dr, top floor with beautiful windows and view of prudential. The place is close to Bolyston street with star market, target and so many restaurants and bars. Is is also walking distance from Fenway Park, MGM... Music Hall and Lansdown street. Situated right across the Back Bay Fens, it has a huge playground with running track. The view is amazing and the place is always lively. Sunrise from the house is extremely beautiful every morning.

The place is also 3 mins walk to Isabella Stuart Gardener Museum, Museum of Fine Arts and MassArt.

This is a 2 bed, 1 bath space with a kitchen and a small living room. I am looking for a roommate to occupy the private room starting from 1st Sept 2025.

The room is unfurnished and has a closet space.

Laundry is in the basement of the building.

No pets in the apartment.

The rent includes heat and hot water

gas, wifi and electricity mount to about $50 each per month.
