1 Bedroom for sublet in a 4 bedroom apartment, right next to JFK/UMass stop

This listing if for a sublet for 1 student, the current lease is signed by me and 3 other students. You would be taking my place, as I want to study abroad in Spring 2026. The apartment has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, and a... balcony. It's very close to the shuttle stop and the train station which makes it an amazing location. There's a glass sliding door in the living room which goes out to a private balcony which is awesome. The kitchen has gas stoves, a microwave, a toaster, and an oven along with lots of cabinets and an island with barstools. The bedroom offered has a big closet, and will come furnished with a bedframe, a mattress, a desk, and an office chair (or those can be removed if requested). The 3 roommates are my good friends, and are super friendly, and very clean. They are ages 20, 20, and 21 and their majors are accounting, finance/international relations, and business management.
