Washington Street Condominium Trust

The apartment is less than a ten minute walk from Quincy Center, which is three stops away from JFK/UMass. It's a very safe area across the street from the local public library. There are delicious restaurants just a short walk down the street. We... also are walking distance from two groceries and multiple convenience stores. We have a smallish kitchen (but a large fridge), and a large living room/dining room space. The apartment is already mostly furnished, and if you move in, you would get my old roommate's bedframe (it's brand new, he just didn't want to carry it to his new apartment). We also have a large balcony which we don't use often. Our neighbors have a lovely garden on theirs. We are friendly with our neighbors. We don't have an official mail room, but we do keep them behind a locked door. I have never had a package stolen. Laundry is in the basement. This apartment is on the top floor, but we have an elevator.
