Summer Sublet next to JFK/Umass station

There are three of us living here now, one is graduating and cannot stay for the summer. We have someone interested in moving in for September, so we are looking for someone to sublet the extra room over the summer. Me and the roommate who is staying... are both UMB biology majors, he is a rising sophomore and I'm a rising junior. We both plan on working over the summer so we won't be home super often. We are both relatively extroverted and tend towards later nights around 1-2am. Though we are both pretty quiet during day-day activities, especially late at night. We keep the apartment neat, splitting chores informally.

We are on the first floor of a triplex. Aside from the bedrooms there is a kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and back porch. We have a washer/dryer in unit. The place is about a 5 min walk from the JFK/Umass station and 5-10 min walk from the Savin Hill station. I ride my bike to campus and work on a regular basis. We spilt electric, gas and internet evenly. Water is included in rent. During the summer each of us pays around $80-$100 in utilities a month. The rent is also split evenly between the three of us at $670 each. The street is permit parking only from 10am-6pm on weekdays but the next one over is not. Parking is not guaranteed. No pets, no smoking inside. The earliest move in I can guarantee is June 8th, though June 1st may be workable. As of right now the latest a sub-let could stay is August 31st. The lease would would be month to month so you wouldn't be locked in all summer.

The pictures were taken by me before the three of us moved in. The apartment is fully furnished, if you want some pics including current furniture just let me know.

If you're interested, feel free to reach out with any questions via this website, or my Instagram: evan_the_blank. I respond pretty quickly.
