Hi! I’m looking for someone to sublet a private bedroom in a 4B1B apartment close from June 1st through August 31st!

*Note* Subletting open to undergrads/grad students/young professionals, and therefore requires a co-signer!

*Location*
- The... apartment is a 5-7 minute walk to the Fields Corner Red Line stop (about a 15 minute train ride to UMass Boston Campus!)

*Roommates*
- The unit currently has one UMass Boston senior, and one young professional in 2 of the respective private bedrooms - very friendly, clean, and respectful!

*Rent & Sublease Details*

- Rent would be $975/month for a private bedroom from June 1st, 2025 - August 31st, 2025 not including utilities

- You would have the opportunity to renew after August 31st if you’re interested!

- Utilities come out being no more than ~$50 per person

*Pets & Parking*
- Cats and small caged animals are allowed!

- FREE Street parking, with private spots available in the back for rental

*Unit & Room Features*
- This is a 3rd floor unit with 2 decks and lots of natural sunlight!

- Dishwasher in the kitchen

- *No in-unit laundry* - but there are two great laundromats within a 5-10 minute walk!

- FULLY FURNISHED (OPTIONAL): I’m more than happy to leave the room furnished for you if you wish (new mattress less than 4 months old, bed frame, shelves, desk, chair, hangers, etc.!)
