Dorchester (Fields Corner) Apartment

Looking to sublet one room!

We have a 4 bed 2 bath apartment located in a quiet part of Fields Corner, ~1 mile from the T stop on the red line. You would have the one bedroom (not furnished) and share a full bathroom with one other person. The... apartment has a large kitchen with an open living room, plus a balcony at the back. Other amenities include an off-street tandem parking spot if you have a car (we can rotate parking there) and free laundry in basement.

We also have a small dog! She is loves people, but unfortunately she is not super friendly with other pets.

Rent is $1075 per person, plus utilities. The room would be available November 10.
